Patreon hired us for SXSW to create a major live podcast event around 3 major podcasts. To immerse the audience in the podcast world, we customized every aspect of the experience to amplify the brand impact of the podcasters’ live stages. On top of the performances, we coordinated live bands, food and drink, merch booths, a 360 picture booth, and more! The fast-paced event was unforgettable!
The Ponies truly flexed their creative muscles for the Patreon event at SXSW. We transformed an empty warehouse into the ultimate live podcast event in just 24 hours! Every inch of the event was fabricated by the Ponies: from the stage to the merch walls to the customized food and drink menus. On top of producing a perfectly branded event for each of the featured podcasts, we managed to flip the entire place within 20 minutes between each live stage.
